Visa Services

The duly completed Visa Application Forms are accepted in the Embassy between 09.30 AM and 12.30 PM. The time for collection of servicedpassport is between 2.30 PM and 4.30 PM. Visa Applicants should be physically present in the Embassy at the time of submission of their completed Visa Application Forms forpresenting biometric data.
Applicants must fill in the Visa Application Form online, upload the photograph and signature at , and thereafter take the print out of online filled Visa Application Formand submit it along with supporting documents and proof of payment of fee to the Embassy. It is compulsory for the applicant to be present in the Embassy physically for presenting the biometrics. Student Visa

• A bonafide admission letter from a recognized/reputed college/Institute in India.
• The receipt of payment of tuition fees.
• A notarized sponsorship letter from the parents/guardian of the student.
• Bank Statement for the past six months indicating the availability of funds of the sponsor.
• Certificate of Residence.
• Air ticket.

Medical Visa

• Medical report/recommendation of local hospital/doctor for the desired treatment.
• Letter from the Hospital in India where applicant intends to undergo medical treatment.
• Bank Statement for a period of minimum of 6 months showing sufficient funds.
• Certificate of Residence.
• Air ticket booking/reservation.

Conference Visa

• Letter from India inviting for the conference/seminar etc.
• Letter from the employer authorizing participation in the conference/seminar in India.
• Certificate of Residence.
• A return air ticket booking/reservation.
